Description

About the Role: We're partnering directly with the hiring manager of a growing technology company to find a talented Mobile React Native Engineer. In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to build and scale our mobile application from the ground up. You'll shape the architecture, deliver exceptional user experiences, and set best practices for mobile development across iOS and Android. This is a hybrid remote position-candidates must be based in the Dallas, TX metro area.

Responsibilities:

• Build from scratch: Lay the foundation for a fast, reliable, and visually stunning React Native app
• Develop features: Design, implement, and ship intuitive mobile experiences that make trading simple
• Collaborate: Work closely with design, backend, and product teams to transform ideas into production-ready solutions
• Define standards: Establish mobile architecture, tooling, and best practices as the app and team grow
• Own your work: Drive projects from prototype to production with a focus on performance, scalability, and usability
• Write clean code: Maintain high standards for code quality and contribute to a culture of technical excellence
• Move fast: Partner with other engineers to iterate quickly and deliver impactful results

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on mobile applications
• Experience with React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL (or similar technologies)
• Proven expertise in React Native, including leading and building apps from scratch
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and related tooling
• Familiarity with web technologies (React, HTML, CSS) for seamless mobile-web alignment
• Strong communication skills and ability to write clear documentation
• Experience with Performance Tools and React Native Dev Tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional mobile frameworks or libraries

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
